Question: What do you mean by learning-by-doing?
Answer: We emphasize the need to customize an operating model for each location based on principles, but allowing a personalized approach. In our experience, the best way to build a customized model is through experimentation. The entire organization learning together through a series of implemented ideas in the moment where the work is done. Don’t be afraid to fail, but see it as a way to learn what will work. It has been our experience that this mentality lives on long after we have finished our work.
