Philosophy

We believe lean tools drive business value when they are part of a system with leaders who know how to lead in the system. The tools do not operate alone, but as part of an entire operating model. We believe in a proven system that drives real improvement starting with a strategy to improve supported by a process for managing that strategy daily designed to identify problems at all levels of the organization. We believe in having a prespecified method for solving those problem to the root cause and we believe the whole process is held together with leader’s standard work.
The only source of knowledge is experience. -Albert Einstein
