Leadership and High Performance Team Development

We work 1 on 1 with  your leadership team to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a more cohesive and high-performing team.

Our approach includes 3 components.

The first session requires essentially 2 hours of 1 on 1 meetings for each participant.

The second and third sessions are 2-day commitments for the full team to work on discovering, experiencing and developing the skills necessary for a high-performing team.

After those three sessions we discuss more about what may come next to continue the journey and/or begin to deliver those same skills into middle and/or front-line managers.

Session 1:

  • Individual Diagnostic Assessments (done in advance) Packet of 3 assessments
  • Day 1: One on one discussions of peers and team dynamics (usually 1.5 hr. with each team member)
  • Day 2: One on One feedback from the above (usually 1. 5 to 2 hrs. with each team member. If the team is large, it could spill over to a 3rd day)

Session 2:

  • Sharing the individual “style” assessment data collected as a team
  • Understanding Team Dynamics
  • Understanding the key elements of High-performing Team
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Effective Communications
  • Experiential exercise to begin the development of improved skills in the above areas

Session 3

  • Conflict Management
  • Crucial Conversations
  • About 80% of this time is spent in skill building experiential exercises
